Learn simple tools to downshift arousal, settle tension, and restore focus. Includes breath, gentle mobility, and brief guided rest. Great for all‑hands or high‑stress teams.
Desk Reset (15–30 min)
Ergonomic microbreaks to release neck/shoulder/back tension.
Short, repeatable sequence designed for desk workers. Standing or seated, no mats required. Ideal as a recurring weekly reset or pre/after long meetings.
Back & Neck Relief (60–90 min)
Safe movement progressions for MSK relief.
Accessible progressions for common MSK complaints. Increase mobility without pushing through pain; learn pacing and recovery strategies that fit the workday.
Sleep Reset (60 min)
Downshift tools to help fall asleep and stay asleep.
Reduce evening arousal and build a gentle pre‑sleep routine. Covers breath, body scanning, light mobility, and practical sleep‑hygiene choices.
Leadership Resilience (60–90 min)
Regulation and recovery tools for managers.
Build clarity under pressure and model healthy recovery for teams. Includes regulation playbook and boundary‑setting strategies that support culture change.
1:1 Office Hours (20–30 min)
Personal coaching for stress, pain, and mobility.
Private mini‑sessions for targeted help—stress modulation, safe movement, breath retraining, and creating a 5–10 minute personal routine. Virtual or on-site.
Team retreats / offsites (1–3 days)
Costa Rica and other locations available.
Immersive programs blending nervous‑system skills, mobility, recovery, and nature‑forward activities. Agendas tailored to season, objectives, and accessibility needs.
