- Microbreaks (15–30 min): $250–$450 / session
- Webinars (60 min, up to 200): $600–$1,200
- Workshops (90 min, up to 100): $900–$1,600
- Series (4 weeks, 60 min weekly): $2,400–$4,800 (incl. recordings/handouts; optional 2h office hours)
On-site (LA/Ventura primary; travel at cost)
- Half‑day (3 hours): $1,800–$2,500 + travel
- Full day (6 hours): $3,200–$4,500 + travel
- 1:1 Office Hours: $180 / hour block; 2–4 hour minimum on-site (schedule 20–30 min slots)
Retainers
- Starter ($1,500 / mo): 1 webinar + 2 microbreaks + 2h office hours + monthly report
- Growth ($3,000 / mo): 2 workshops + 4 microbreaks + quarterly on-site half‑day + reports
- Enterprise: Custom (multi‑site, train‑the‑champion)
Add‑ons & policies
- Recording license: +$150 / session (internal hosting rights, 30–90 days)
- Nonprofit / education pricing: 10% discount
- Cancellation: 7 business days (virtual), 10 business days (on-site)
- Accessibility included: seated/standing options; inclusive language; ADA‑minded modifications
