What to expect

A gentle, collaborative process that meets you where you are. We move at a pace that feels safe, building capacity in your body and nervous system with curiosity—not force.

Typical cadence: weekly or bi‑weekly. First session: 75 min. Follow‑ups: 60 min.

Assessment & goals

We begin with your story and what matters most to you. I observe posture, breath, range of motion, and nervous system tone to understand what’s supportive right now. Together we set clear, realistic goals.

Practice you can keep

You’ll leave with an adaptable 10–20 minute routine—blending breath, mobility, mindful strength and balance work, plus restorative rest. I’ll share notes or short videos so home practice feels clear and supportive.

Measurable progress

We track what’s changing—pain, mobility, energy, sleep, and stress—then fine‑tune your plan. Expect steady, compassionate progress without pushing through pain.

Between sessions

Light homework, reflection prompts, and optional email support help you integrate changes into daily life. Small, consistent steps build resilience and a deeper sense of safety.

your story and history. $150.

If you're an existing client, book a 60-min follow-up session.

Includes check-in, observation (mini-reassessment), practice, review homework for the week,

and post-session documentation for tracking your progress. $120 online or $140 in-person.
